Sky Watch Friday 14

SKYWATCH

This was a great day on the farm in Wakarusa, Indiana. Temperatures here were unbelievably cool with low humidity. We enjoyed our week here to the utmost. Here my older son is seen mimicking his uncle and climbing the ladder towards the top of a feed shed. It is such a wonderful time for the boys to just get out and run. The skies were so blue with puffy white clouds that my boys loved to imagine as dragons or some such thing. For more sky photos visit Skywatch Friday.

  1. Nothing nicer for children than a farm. We bought one and three of my grandchildren have grown up on t to become successful and responsinle young adults.
    Nice shots.

  4. There is nothing better the wide open spaces for boys to learn what nature has to offer. Very nice post and you have a family to be proud of. May you and family continue to be blessed.

  5. How fun! (Glad you had weather to cooperate.) Your boys' imaginations sound like my girls' imaginations. I love to watch them (and other like-minded children) run and enjoy the great outdoors.

  8. Wonderful photos and beautiful skies. The one of your son climbing the ladder is precious! My son now 30 remembers his yearly visits during the summer vacation time, to the family homestead in ND, and working on the farm from about the age of 8 through to his teens. It was a wonderful experience for him and he has great memories of those days.
